Personal Development
We believe in empowering our students to complete volunteering and take on roles of responsibility in order to develop them as future leaders. We firmly believe that these opportunities enable students to achieve their ambitions moving into adult life and give them valuable experiences, making them happy and successful adults within society. Students take part in a vast array of personal development opportunities on offer including volunteering, our prefect scheme, trips, Chace+, university visits and so much more. Our students develop the soft skills that are highly valued by employers alongside succeeding in their studies by focussing on five key areas.
In addition to our personal development programme, we run a transition programme to ensure that students have a smooth transition from year 11 to year 12 as want every student to have the best possible start to sixth form life.
